LMFT, LPCC

Therapy centers around your story, as it should be. Still, I believe knowing a bit about the person walking alongside you can help bring comfort and trust. So, here’s a small window into who I am.

Originally from Kansas, I made my way to California after a series of life chapters opening and closing across different states and countries. Before becoming a therapist, I spent years working as a Licensed Customs Broker. My path to psychotherapy was shaped by my own healing journey, including work around sexual trauma and experiences in couples therapy. I know firsthand how vulnerable and powerful the process can be.

I’m endlessly curious and committed to learning, both professionally and personally. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll likely find me nose-deep in a book or wandering new places with my 13-year-old dog, Finn, who has taught me a lot about patience, joy, and sticking close to the ones you love.

My Approach

My approach blends sex therapy, trauma recovery, and deep relational work to support you through life's transitions with compassion and clarity. Together, we’ll make space for what’s been hard to name, untangle what's felt stuck, and help you move toward a more grounded, authentic version of yourself.

“The more we trust, the farther we are able to venture.”
― Esther Perel
