By submitting information via contact forms, including, but not limited to, submitting questions, scheduling appointments, or subscribing to blogs/videos, User acknowledges that information may not be received directly by Therapist, and instead may be received by Therapist's administrative staff.

User also understands that information submitted may not be responded to all, due to reasons including, but not limited to, unintelligible wording, mistyped emails or phone numbers, or Therapist or Therapist’s staff overlooking or getting behind on incoming messages.

User understands that Therapist or Therapist’s staff is under no obligation to return messages, schedule requested appointments, or add User to any subscriptions.

Social Media:

www.thewavewithin.com may include links to social media and/or business review sites. User understands that in order to respect confidentiality, Therapist does not accept friend requests from any current, former, or prospective clients.

Therapist's social media and/or business review sites are not intended to be a portal for contacting Therapist.

Due to confidentiality, Therapist cannot confirm or deny therapist-client relationships. Therefore, Therapist does not respond to messages on social media or business review sites.

Therapist discourages past, current or prospective clients from disclosing their identity on social media and business review sites. Doing so could have unforeseen impacts on clients’ privacy.

Changes to Terms of Service:

Therapist reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. User’s continued use of www.thewavewithin.com after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
